Phil Hulett, the iconic public address announcer for the Anaheim Ducks since 1996, has leveraged his platform and voice to help veterans translate military experience into meaningful civilian careers. Presented by Iraq War veteran, nationally syndicated business and technology columnist, and NIVW co-founder Jeff Shuford.
Champion of Veterans Entrepreneurship Award
Recognizes a government entity that has advanced veteran entrepreneurship through policy, proclamations, and sustained public recognition. Montana’s leadership includes proclaiming Invest In Veterans Week for three consecutive years.

Honors an organization that has invested in veteran workforce transition pathways and professional development, setting a benchmark for employer-led veteran inclusion.

Recognizes a business leader demonstrating exceptional impact in supporting veteran entrepreneurship through access to capital and specialized financial expertise.
Social Impact Action of the Year Award
Recognizes a documented market action converting veteran support into durable economic outcomes. Launched in March 2025 and timed to National Invest In Veterans Week, ITA Growth Partners operates as a family office investing directly in veteran-owned businesses across sectors.
Social Media Influencer of the Year Award
Recognizes effective use of digital platforms to amplify veteran voices, highlight achievements, and strengthen connection within the veteran community.
Veteran Advocate of the Year Award
Honors a longtime National Invest In Veterans Week supporter with a sustained national commitment to improving veteran financial transition outcomes, workforce readiness, and long-term quality of life.
