Artificial Intelligence & Data Scraping
Protocol: The automated ingestion, scraping, or "training" of NIVW Economic Intelligence data by Artificial Intelligence models (LLMs) or third-party crawlers is strictly prohibited without a specific API license.
Authorized Brand Deployment
Protocol: Official partners, legislators, and media outlets are authorized to display the "National Invest In Veterans Week®" Seal and Insignia only for the purpose of promoting the observance or veteran entrepreneurship.
Deep Linking & Framing
Protocol: You are encouraged to "Deep Link" directly to specific dashboards (e.g., Legislative Intel, Media Command). However, "Framing" (displaying our site inside yours) is a violation of our data sovereignty.
// THE BOTTOM LINE (PLAIN ENGLISH)
We value clarity over confusion. Here is the human-readable translation of our Terms of Access.
We Protect Our Brand
"National Invest In Veterans Week®" is a federally registered trademark. You cannot use our name, logo, or official seal to sell products, solicit donations, or confuse the public without our written permission.
Information, Not Advice
Our "Economic Intelligence" data is for advocacy and education. We are not financial advisors. If you start a business or make investments based on our data, you do so at your own risk. Please do your own due diligence.
Zero Tolerance for Scams
You may not pretend to be us. You may not use this website to harvest veteran emails or solicit money. Any attempt to scrape our data or breach our security will result in an immediate ban and potential legal action.
The "Handshake" Deal
By using this site, you agree to play by these rules. We aim to build a secure infrastructure for veteran success—don't be the one who breaks it.
